High performance,low energy consumption,intelligence,cleanliness,safety and so on are the key words of the development of the modern vehicle.The electric vehicle driven in-wheel has become a mainstream trend of the new energy vehicles with the advantages of simple structure,flexible control and high transmission efficiency.The electric vehicle driven in four wheel is chosen in this paper as the research object.Determining the control scheme focus on "requirements of braking characteristics" and "braking energy recycling effect" base on the line control system.The research purpose is improving the braking energy recovery effect as far as possible on the premise of ensuring braking performance.At last making the simulation analysis and experiment validation about the braking distance and energy recovery under different allocation proportion.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure design.Designs the overall structure of the BBW and carry out the Layout plan in the vehicle.Designs the 3d structure of the main parts in CATIA.The friction brake in BBW system is driven by parking motor to simplify the mechanical structure of the hub.(2)Establish the mathematical model of regenerative braking motor and friction brake motor in the designed BBW system.Establish mechanics model of the wheel according to the braking process analysis.Analyze the requirements of brake control according to the vehicle theory and ECE brake code.The calculation method of braking energy recovery is given according to the working characteristics of the motor and the braking process.Carry out the control strategy of dynamic distribution.(3)Determine the regenerative braking control method considering the braking effect and the braking energy recovery rate according to the mathematical model and brake analysis results.Set up the SIMULINK simulation model.Three typical braking condition of sliding braking,conventional braking and emergency braking according to different braking intensity are selected to analysis the braking effect of the control methods.(4)Because the driving brake is driven by parking motor,the control method of the parking motor in the parking process is further studied after determining the braking control method to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of parking control.(5)In order to prove the practicability of regenerative brakingcontrol,three typical braking condition of sliding braking,conventional braking and emergency braking are selected to test the real braking performance under the electric braking control scheme on the test car base on the DSP(digital signal processor).
