| Because of the energy crisis,as a new solar cell,dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC)into being,has attracted considerable interest due to the low cost and the simple fabrication process.Flexible dye-sensitized solar cells(FDSSC)is a new type of solar cell is DSSC,using transparent conductive plastic substrates have attracted a number of interests recently because they can reduce both the weight and the cost of the device.Plastic substrates can not endure high temperature.Therefore,it is significant to prepare TiO2 thin film and counter electrodes on the plastic at low temperature.The properties of photo-sensitizer has an important influence on the efficiency of DSSC.With the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency,ruthenium polypyridyl complexes also has some shortcomings,such as,requirement of noble metal,the high cost,complex synthesis process,the formation of environmental pollution.Recently,research of cheap natural dyes has draw people’s attention extensively.By hydro-thermal synthesis and chemical reduction two kinds of low temperature preparation method of flexible TiO2 thin film electrode and counter electrode。In order to further optimize the optoelectronic properties of the flexible thin film electrode,the TiO2 nanotubes prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with different proportion of mixed with P25 nanotube composite electrode was prepared,and the influence of natural dyes battery performance is also studied.In the study,the TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by physical adsorption instrument and XRD,characterization of TiO2 nanotubes and flexible electrodes by SEM,the TiO2 thin film electrode was characterized by Fu Liye transform infrared absorption spectroscopy(FTIR),the TiO2 thin film electrode and natural dyes were used to characterize by UV-VIS spectrometer(UVSP),photoelectric properties of electrode assembly battery final test.Studies have shown that:150℃48h preparation of TiO2 nanotube powder 400℃ sintered,doped 5%film electrodes,assembling the best optical performance of the battery,performance parameters of short-circuit current density of 3.96mA·cm-2,photoelectric conversion efficiency 1.37%.Extracted from spinach,oranges,grapes,eggplants and other natural dye found that grape sensitized anode effect best.When the extraction concentration of 25%,by electrostatic spraying apparatus instead of soaking method sensitized anode,sprayed 20 times,preparing the optical performance of the battery,photoelectric conversion efficiency of 0.09%.Prepared by chemical reduction in low temperature double-deck Pt electrode assembly of highest cell conversion efficiency,performance:short circuit current density for 3.17mA·cm-2,the open circuit voltage is 0.59V,the fill factor is 0.62,photoelectric conversion efficiency of 1.37%. |
