In recent years,economic construction is continuously developping,in our country the scale of the infrastructure construction becomes more and more big,A growing number of civil engineering need to deal with natural foundation.Soft foundation often appears in engineering construction,there are many treatment for soft foundation,composite foundation with cement deep mixed columns is one of the treatment method,it has the advantages of low cost,fast construction,etc.Cement-soil mixing piles usually use cement as curing agent,in the deep foundation soft soil and the curing agent are compulsory mixing with a special mechanical,it makes soft soil to indurate and increase the foundation strength.This method are widely used due to its good economic benefit and social benefit.This article is summarized on the basis of previous theoretical and experimental resear ch,and widely consults and reviews the literature of science and technology about cement deep mixed columns,first of all it elaborates the domestic and foreign research status in the field of cement deep mixed columns,and introduces the influence factors of bearing capacity and settlement of composite foundation with cement deep mixed columns,it st udies the relationship between the compressive strength and cement mixing ratio,age,sti rring timeanduniformity,etc.On the basis of a large number of theoretical research,formulas and site engineering experiments,combinning engineering project,the existing bearing capacity and settlement calculation of cement deep mixed columns are discussed,Whetherformulasneed to be amended by demonstrating with on-sitecomposite foundationload test,differential settlement is analyzed by Combining withstandardizedformulas andsettlementobservational data,and find outthe cause ofdifferential settlement.It describes the measuresto controldifferential settlement.Finally,the settlement of composite foundation with cement deep mixed columns under engineering building is analyzed by using midasFEM to simulatethe process of settlemen,and find out some basic rules for settling character of composite foundation with cement deep mixed columns.By focusing on study of thedifferentboundary conditionsvariable for settlement with foundation treatment for mixing pile,additional loadsurrounding buildings,differentfoundation type,etc.It finds out the change rule for the deformation characteristics of the cement deep mixed columns composite foundation settlement with the change of influencing factors,and understand the time process of mixing pile composite foundation settlement.So that the conclusion has certain reference value for the design and construction of cement soil mixing pile composite foundation.
