In this project,through the detailed investigation and analysis of some sections of representative cement concrete pavement in different areas in Northeast China,the types of cement concrete pavement diseases under special geo-climatic conditions are obtained,and the causes of damage are analyzed,and then the research and development is made according to the regional characteristics.It can save the cost of repairing and maintenance of cement concrete pavement,shorten the time limit of road restoration project and reduce the influence of repairing project on road capacity,which is suitable for the use in certain areas and good in cost.The study is divided into polymer repair mortar and high strength repair mortar two parts,the former emphasis on mortar bonding and construction performance,which emphasizes the mortar strength and crack resistance,respectively,for the bridge wall,high-strength heavy-duty road surface Repair works.Studied in the paper is divided into Polymer repair mortar and the high strength repair mortar,the former emphasizes the mortar bond and construction performance,the latter emphasizes the mortar strength and crack resistance,respectively is suitable for the bridge against the wall,high-strength overloading pavement repair project.Through the single factor analysis method and the orthogonal experiment method,we set up various polymer dosage,admixture and dosage,fiber and other kinds of varies,to check mechanical performance,work performance,durable performance,technical indicators,such as volume stability.The results of high strength repair mortar show that under the same water cement ratio,the flow of mortar decreases with the increase of basalt fiber and powder content;With the increase of powder content,flexural strength of the repair material increases first and then reduces.To improve the flexibility of mortar system,and further increase the resistance to bending performance of the system.Flexibility increases with the increasing of the basalt fiber content and early compressive strength and flexural strength were increased;Powder and basalt fiber can effectively reduce the mortar shrinkage rate,when the fiber content reaches 0.5%,the shrinkage rate is lowest;With the addition of rubber powder and the increase of the content,the improvement of mortar bond strength is very significant.Single salt after frozen,the repair of mortar relative dynamic elastic modulus is small,its damage form is given priority to surface erosion.Durability decreases with the increase of the powder,and the increase of the fiber highly improves its durability;Basalt fiber has greatly increased the flexibility of mortar;Considering the durable performance and mechanical properties,when rubber powder is mixed with 1%,basalt fiber content is I%,the ratio of test is the optimal matching.Ordinary repair mortar research results show that with the polymer powder of cellulose ether and starch ether mixed,adding of hate water can reduce than of compressive and flexural strength,and improve the flexibility.Flexibility increases with the increase of fiber content,Including compressive strength and flexural strength.Hate agent and polypropylene can effectively reduce the mortar shrinkage rate,when 0.2%dosage of polypropylene fiber,shrinkage rate was lowest.While 1%of the amount of hate water,shrinkage performance is better.Hate agent and fiber,and the increase of the content,the improvement of mortar bond strength is very significant.Single salt after frozen,repair mortar relative dynamic elastic modulus of the loss is small,its damage form is given priority to surface erosion.With the increase of the organic silicon abhorred agent and polypropylene fiber highly improve its durability.Polypropylene fiber can greatly improve the flexibility of mortar.Considering durable performance and mechanical performance,hate water was mixed with 1.5%,polypropylene fiber 0.2%,the ratio of test goes for the optimal matching.
