The building energy consumption accounts for a large part of energy consumption in China,and it’s going up year by year with the increasing of the housing and capital construction.Therefore,decreasing the building consumption is the important way to conserve energy.The smart power is an important part of smart grid,and it is also one of the solutions to reduce building energy consumption.Meanwhile,with the widely spread of distributed power supply,the electric mode of users become more diversified,and power supply side and electric side can gain a certain profit,which opens up a new thinking of the intelligent electricity use.In this paper,a kind of electricity use strategy based on photovoltaic power in intelligent building is designed.By allocating the working time of the indoor electric equipment,planning the city electricity and the photovoltaic power,the purpose of saving electricity and reducing the electricity cost is reached with the premise of normal electricity consumption of users.This paper designs an intelligent power management system based on advanced measurement system which is composed of hardware platform and software platform.The hardware platform mainly includes room controller,environment sensor,intelligent socket,and intelligent gateway and so on.Using the internet of things technology,the electrical equipment and the room controller are netted.Then,the electricity information is collected by the room controller and uploaded to the monitoring center by the floor gateway,which realizes the monitor and control of power consumption equipment by the electrical equipment.The room controller,monitoring center and cloud information storage constitute the software platform for intelligent power management.The room controller uses Android platform to monitor the room equipment with special APP.The monitoring center collects the information of each room and supports the checking of the electricity data of the room,which realizes the unified management.The cloud database is built on the SQL SERVER database,and users can use mobile phones and other mobile terminals for remote access.The building electricity planning takes the user’s electricity cost as the optimization target and takes the opening time of the electrical equipment as the optimization variable and combines the time sharing price policy to establish the electricity fee model.The power management model for building adopts a new mode of power supply of photovoltaic power generation and city network.The energy sources are divided into battery energy,hot water energy consumption and energy consumption of electric equipment.By controlling the charging and discharging time of the battery and the switch of the water heater,tracking the interaction of electric energy and water temperature,the optimization of service quality and electricity saving are realized.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the power planning and energy management model.According to the simulation results,it is proved that the strategy can save electricity charge effectively.
