With the continuous development of modern society,the concept of sustainable development has gradually infiltrated into many sectors of society,and the construction industry is closely following.As a product of the green building industry change,the components of prefabricated building are concentrated on the factory line production,through the specialized transport means to the construction site for assembly,and can be reused by means of technology after the product reaches the service life.The construction features of prefabricated buildings make it economical and environmentally friendly.Since the prefabricated building involves a large number of professional and broad industries,the cooperation between the upstream and downstream participants of the industrial chain will have an impact on the development of the prefabricated buildings,and this paper studies the cooperative mechanism of the multi-agent of the prefabricated building industry chain.First of all,from the research status of the multi-agent cooperation and cooperative mechanism in construction field,paper points out that the research of the multi-agent cooperation of the prefabricated building is barely blank,then puts forward the research contents and methods.On the basis of expounding the definition and characteristics of the prefabricated building,the problems existing in its current development process are analyzed through paper review.Paper defines the main participants in industry chain of the prefabricated building according to the theory of industrial chain and the synergy,then makes clear the research scope which is the internal cooperative mechanism of the direct participation of the prefabricated building industry chain.Secondly,the multi-agent cooperative influence factors of the prefabricated construction industry chain are extracted through paper reviews and interviews,and the formal questionnaire is conducted after filtering these influencing factors.Using principal componentanalysis method to extract key factors of multi-agent cooperation of the prefabricated building industry chain,determining the dimension of cooperative mechanisms and analyzing theirs interaction relations combining with the research scope.Thirdly,the cooperative mechanism in aspects of organization,management and benefit of the prefabricated building industry chain are respectively constructed according to the research dimensions.On the foundation of analyzing the characteristics of the multi-agent cooperative relationship and determining the principle of organization cooperation,paper puts forward two kinds of organization patterns which are proposed to fit the development of prefabricated building and compares their characteristics.Paper designs multi-agent cooperative management platforms in critical stages with BIM technology on the basis of specifying its function and builds the framework of the multi-agent management collaborative platform of the prefabricated building industry chain.On the premise of establishing the principle of benefit cooperation,paper puts forward the multi-agent cooperative profit distribution model of the prefabricated building industry chain,and selects the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is as the calculation method of benefit distribution coefficient.In the end,the multi-agent cooperative mechanism of prefabricated building industry chain is applied to the example of prefabricated building project to verify its feasibility.The result of research provides reference cooperative methods and conducts to each participates in industry chain which refer to take part in prefabricated building.Hoping to realize the rapid and steady development of prefabricated building with the multi-agent cooperation in industry chain.
