The contact network is an important part of the high-speed railway.To ensure the safety and stability of the contact network is a necessary guarantee for the normal and efficient operation of the high-speed railway.Lightning strike is one main cause of contact network accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the technology of lightning acquisition and short-circuit point positioning technology and to develop related equipment.This article plans to design a system that can monitor the contact network lightning current and locate the lightning strike point and short circuit point,design the system hardware and software,and complete system-related test experiments.The main work completed in this paper is summarized as follows:(1)Overall plan design of lightning monitoring and positioning system was finished.Lightning current parameters have been analyzed,and the lightning current acquisition principle and positioning principle have been selected.According to the lightning current acquisition principle and the high-speed railway contact network environment,the design requirements were analyzed and the overall plan of lightning monitoring and positioning system was designed.(2)Software of Lightning monitoring and positioning system was designed.According to the requirements,lightning current sensor,timing module,3G WIFI router and processor hardware modules have been selected,and the circuit design have been finished.The communication method between the host computer server and the lower computer have been designed,and the host computer server software and the lower computer program have been designed according to the communication method and the system function requirements.(3)Lightning monitoring and positioning system experimental was completed verification analysis.First,the laboratory simulated lightning current sampling experiment was finished using the lightning monitoring and positioning system developed in this paper,and the experiment verified the system's ability to sample lightning signals.Then,a number of lower-level equipment were installed on the high-speed railway catenary site.The on-site lightning current sampling experiment was completed,and the capabilities for on-site monitoring and measurement and continuous operation of the system were verified.Finally,the short-circuit point location experiment was completed by using the short-circuit point of contact network which is manufactured deliberately,and the positioning ability of the system was verified.
