Our country mountainous area is vast, the low grade road mileage is multitudinous, the construction process often needs to adapt the mountainous terrain. It leads to complex linear shape, low technical index, poor visibility condition, high ratio of sharp bend and continuous curve, especially in the mountain curve section of one of the main line,is more likely to happen traffic accident.Statistics show that the mountain curve sections of traffic accidents accounted for about 10% of the total number of accidents in China, from the severity of the accident, the curve of death accounted for all the deaths of nearly 20%,the incidence of accidents on the second and lower highways is high, especially for the truck.Because of the heavy load and high centroid, the truck is easy to sideslip and rollover running on the mountain curve sections. The safety issue of truck running on the curve has been one of the key problems needed to be solved immediately. The road traffic accident is essentially the result of the imbalance in the humanvehicle-road(Environment)system.There are many factors involved, but the main factor is driver. The traditional road traffic environment design is mainly based on the relevant norms and the driving dynamics, rarely consider the psychological and physiological characteristics and needs of road users.Based on the driver's point of view, this thesis systematically analyses and optimizes the features of the mountain curve and the physiological characteristics of the drivers, focusing on the influence of the curvature radius of different mountain curvature radius on the physical characteristics of truck drivers. The main research work includes the following aspects:1)The changes of physiological characteristics of drivers, including ECG,EEG and EOG,as well as the characteristics of the curve sections in mountainous areas which affect the driver's physiological characteristics are analyzed systematically.2)The road test platform was built, based on test vehicles, the physical recorder, the hand-held GPS and the traffic recorder. The typical mountainous road-BaiShan X165 County Road,Jilin Province, was used as a test section to carry out road test, and the data preprocessing including ECG and EEG data extraction, optimization, curve curvature radius grouping and so on were completed.3)From the statistical point of view, the curvature radius and the influence of curve direction on driving speed are studied.According to the change law of the driver's physiological characteristics, the mountain curves are divided into small, medium and large curvature radius. The effects of small, medium and large curvature radius on the driver's heart rate and ?/? were studied: Under the radius of small curvature, the change of the driver's heart rate and ?/? with the increase of radius is obvious;Under the radius of medium curvature, the change of the driver's heart rate and ?/? with the increase of radius is weakened;Under the radius of large curvature, the larger the curvature radius, the more stable the driver's heart rate, while the ?/? value fluctuates between 1.4)In this thesis, the typical mountain curve sections without warning signs and finite speed signs are selected, and the changes of the driver's physiological characteristics are analyzed, and the driving risk is evaluated and the improvement measures are put forward. It is a technical problem in the field of road traffic safety is to research on the law of the change of the driver's physiological characteristics and to evaluate the rationality of the characteristic elements of the mountain curve section. The research results of this thesis will provide reference for the study of mountain curve section from the theoretical level.
