The inverter air conditioner is popular to customer in the air conditioner market recently.However,the technology of the fatigue reliability of the inverter air conditioner pipeline is lagged behind,which can't meet effectively needs of product development and research.Compared with standard air conditioner,the operation of the inverter air conditioner is rather complex.Improving the quality of the piping structure dynamic response is an urgent problem in conditioner industry.Therefore,the paper studies on some aspects of the dynamic response of pipe structure such as the load identification of rotary compressor,prediction of vibration fatigue life and ALT method of piping structure.The accurate load identification of time history for compressor is basis for the dynamic analysis of the air conditioner piping structure.The paper obtained the acceleration response at the discharge pipe and suction pipe nozzle while stable and unstable operation condition are carried out.The transfer function matrix is figured out by means of virtual iteration,and combined the measured signals the compressor load of time history is calculated.Meanwhile,based on virtual iteration and regularization method,the analysis results are corrected to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the identified load time history,and it was verified by experiments.Based on the load identification of time history for the compressor,S-N curve of piping and the fatigue cumulative damage theory,paper analysis fatigue damage rate of piping during complex conditions,then the fatigue life of the piping is predicted and its accuracy is verified by the test.Meantime,based on results of fatigue damage during standard cycle conditions,a test method of accelerated life test for the inverter air conditioner in refrigeration equipment is compiled.It provides a more efficient test verification platform for the fatigue reliability verification for piping structure in the variable frequency air conditioner.
