In the near future,household appliances and their manufacturing processes will pay more attention to the direction of low-carbon and environmental protection,which is the research focus of global home appliance technology progress.At present,the green manufacturing technology in the field of home appliance industry coverage is very wide,home appliance technology itself problem of energy conservation and environmental protection is the focus of enterprises and research units,but its energy conservation and environmental protection problems in manufacturing process has not been fully appreciated.And in the process of the inside of the refrigerator,because of the preheating and heating parameters of the heating station,heat preservation measures are inadequate,unreasonable process arrangement and production line line beat don't match,can lead to large energy consumption.Therefore,urgent need through the study of the reasonable design of production line production process and optimization and improvement of the production equipment such as to improve the energy utilization in the process of production,thereby reducing the energy consumption and reduce carbon emissions.In this paper,the following problems exist in the production line of domestic multi-station refrigerators.(1)The temperature field of the pre-heating station and the heating station cannot be effectively monitored and adjusted in real time;the energy loss is large and the insulation measures are not sufficient;(2)In traditional refrigerator,the lower mold table and upper vacuum tank rise and fall are mainly driven by the hydraulic transmission.Problems such as hydraulic pump,oil cylinder oil leakage,and uneven mechanical structure movement are liable to occur after repeated operation of the station.Based on the basic theory of heat transfer theory,the basic methods such as heat conduction,thermal radiation and thermal convection,combined with the modern design methods such as computer aided design,finite element method and optimization design,the energy consumption model of polymer sheet heating in pre-heating and heating stations was established,and the correctness of the model was verified by MATLAB simulation technology.Finally,the heating rule of polymer sheet was verified by experiments,and a set of heating parameters was optimized.At the same time,it optimizes the heating device in the inner tank of the refrigerator,puts forward the improvement plan for the cooling system and the driving mechanism in the molding station,and finally studies the matching of the time between each station,thereby reducing the loss of the power of the production line,improving the working efficiency of the production line,greatly reducing the waste of raw materials,and realizing the high energy efficiency and low carbon manufacturing of the inner tank of the refrigerator.
