Today,environmental pollution and energy crisis are the two major problems restricting the sustainable development of human society,large-scale solar thermal power tower as one of the most promising forms of power generation in the CSP technology,be regarded as the first choice of alternative thermal power generation in the future,has very important research significance.The solar thermal power tower technology started late in china,and is still in the research and demonstration stage,how to improve solar thermal efficiency and reduce construction costs is the main problem to be solved at present.In this paper,the heliostat field is taken as the research object,which accounted for the largest proporation in the heliostat field.Analyzes the main problems of the heliostat field design and research,the heliostat field layout design and optimization are studied based on the field optical efficiency,achieved the following results:Firstly,the mathematical model of solar position was established under the horizon coordinate system,the composition of the optical field and the influence of different factors were analyzed,and the mathematical model of the optical efficiency in the heliostat field was established.Secondly,numerical simulation of the optical efficiency distribution cloud map in the heliostat based on MATLAB,the changing rule of the optical efficiency with time and space was analyzed,and the calculation method of the average optical efficiency in the heliostat field was discussed.Thirdly,the reasonable heliostat field layout method is studied to improve the average annual optical efficiency of the heliostat field,three mathematic models of the circular radial stagger layout are established,introducing SolarPILOT software,the design idea of the heliostat field was expounded,the above three latyout models were compared and analyzed based on the specific example,and conclusion that the EB layout model is more suitable.Lastly,analyze the relationship between all the design variables that affect the layout of the mirror field and the performance parameters of the heliostat field,to seek the best helisostat field layout by optimizing the design variables,the layout optimization of Delingha 19.9 MW tower power plant under the "case 1" was completed,finally,the optimization results were analyzed,and the feasibility of the research method was verified.This paper proposes and validates a new method for optimizing the layout of the heliostat field.The research results will provide some theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of tower power plant,which has certain theoretical significance and pratical application value.
