The energy consumption,which caused by the energy mismatch in each link in the hydraulic transmission process,occupies the largest proportion of the total system energy consumption,and the heat generated by energy consumption and oil leakage will greatly affect the performance of the hydraulic system.This paper,taking driving unit that composed of variable speed motor and constant power as the research object,proposes a power matching scheme for the driving unit in the global working state,and discusses the power matching between hydraulic driving unit and dynamic load based on this system.First,according to the energy loss characteristics of driving unit at different working pressures,the condition of driving unit work is divided into low pressure zone,high pressure zone and constant power zone.In the low pressure area,combined with the forming process of sheet metal forming equipment,proposed the method of changing the speed of the motor to reduce the overflow loss in the system.The other method is to use a new constant power constant pressure pump control system to achieve the energy matching of the driving unit in the high pressure area.In the constant power area,set up the energy consumption model of motor and constant pump according the efficiency change of the motor and the hydraulic pump during the adjustment process,and verify the efficiency of the motor and constant power pump energy consumption model by the test.Decoupling the same variable parameters of the quantified energy consumption model,and get the whole energy efficiency model of constant power pump and motor which is only related to the single speed of revolution,and make the system have the most efficient speed under every working condition pressure.Taking the method of energy saving control for the drive unit that composed of variable speed motor and constant power pump according to the control method of the highest efficiency and the optimal speed.The energy saving characteristics of the control method are verified by experiments.Finally,explore the additional energy loss in the load switching process from the energy match between drive unit output and load requiring.The energy consumption of the whole system is reflected in the electric energy input of the motor.Set up the Simulink-AMESim joint simulation model of hydraulic system load switching.Then,analyzed the cause of the extra energy loss in the process of switching and take accumulator to recover the extra energy consumption and the effectiveness of the method is verified by the joint simulation with the accumulator.
