In recent years,with environmental pollution and the depletion of oil,the new energy vehicles have been given a lot of attention because of their energy savings and their lack of emissions.Permanent magnet synchronous motor is the first choice for new energy electric vehicles due to its small size and high efficiency.In this paper,the current distribution of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in each speed range is studied,and the current distribution algorithm of each interval is improved.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of the subject research,introduces the advantages of the permanent magnet synchronous motor relative to other motors,classifies the permanent magnet synchronous motor according to the difference of the motor structure,and shows the development status of the control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Secondly,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is deduced,the vector control principle of PMSM is introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of various vector control technologies are analyzed,and the SVPWM algorithm is derived and the modeling simulation is carried out.Third,permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced in the various control strategies of constant torque area,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,the MTPA control strategy based on formula is deduced,and its transition depend on the parameters,such as accuracy and poor robustness shortcomings were improved,MTPA of Angle compensation control strategy is presented.Then,the current decoupling strategy based on feedforward compensation is proposed for the problem of coupling between d and q axis current loop,and the complete decoupling of d and q axis current is realized.The simulation results show that the two strategies are correct.Fourthly,the operation area of permanent magnet synchronous motor is divided,and a weak magnetic control method based on advance Angle is proposed for weak magnetic field.Then,a new SVPWM overmodulation algorithm is proposed to improve the voltage efficiency of the motor at high speed.Then,a kind of PI control method is proposed for the saturation of the forward Angle PI regulator.Finally,the validity of these three methods is verified by simulation.
