Study On Spatial Transformation Model And Strategy In Urban Village Of Lanzhou City

Based on urban village in LanZhou city as the research object,this paper in AnNing district LanZhou city as the entry point,analysis of the LanZhou urban villages space remould schema,and transformation strategy is discussed in this paper.With the development of urbanization,the scale of the city is expanding,the urban built-up area are growing,more and more suburban villages are being surrounded by cities.With increasing urban construction project,the central city development gradually saturated,urban construction land resources are less and less,urban construction is being developed towards the connect of the built-up area and the suburbs.“urban village” was used as the carrier of the land resources gradually become favourite of the reform and development of nation.In order to get more construction land,the government gradually expropriated the farmland of the peasants,and the peasants who lost their farmland could only rely on the rent of the remaining houses.In seeking rent area of maximizing the interests of the temptation,the villagers will be their land expansion,as far as possible due to the low rents to attract a large number of migrant workers to rent,which leads to the deterioration of the living environment,poor sanitation,fire hazard is serious,and many other problems.Multiplex due to the population structure of the urban villages,people have different quality level,thus cause a series of social contradictions,people cannot secure and stable life,personal safety and property safety of the household is not fully guaranteed,the unstable factors restrict the urban villages social and economic development.At the same time,the lack of unified planning of buildings and roads in the urban village has become a shackle for urban development.The main research direction of this paper is the urban village space remould mode,the reform subject and the social benefit.It is emphasis the research direction of this thesis.This paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1: The introduction.Including the purpose of the study,significance,the research status of urban villages at home and abroad.Chapter 2: The formation of the Chinese urban village.The paper analyzes the forming reason,the development status and the necessity remould of the Chinese urban village.Chapter 3: Urban village in LanZhou city and its general situation.From Lan Zhou social economy development condition,the situation of LanZhou city urban village renovation and impact analysis to the LanZhou city for urban village reconstruction,village in LanZhou city spatial land use characteristics in LanZhou city the aspects of urban villages in detail in this paper.Chapter 4: The current schema and strategy of urban village reconstruction in AnNing district of LanZhou city.From the main remould schema of the village in AnNing district,analysis of urban village remould strategy in AnNing district,analyzes the management methods of urban village in city in AnNing district.Chapter 5: The case of urban village remould in AnNing district of LanZhou city.We used RenShou mountain park as a successful example of the remould of the urban village in the AnNing district.Analyze the development direction and realistic earnings of the urban village remould in the AnNing area.In this paper,through the study of LanZhou urban village spatial form and the analysis of remould of urban village found that all kinds of problems in the process of transformation,explore the LanZhou urban villages space transformation and sustainable development tactics,urban planning to the urban village space orientation.To explore the urban and rural land of use transformation spatial pattern,time process and the drive mechanism,combined with the regional characteristics of AnNing district,points out that the AnNing district urban villages development should be based on its location and the conditions of natural resources,implementing the correct strategy and planning of urban and rural transformation,follow the rules of the transition space between urban and rural areas,improve the efficiency of land intensive utilization,promote the urban-rural integration.Through the study of this paper,I hope to provide reference and suggestions for the transformation of urban villages in Lanzhou city.
