Solar energy is one of the most suitable options for generating electricity,as it is inexhaustible, absolutely free?in terms of its availability?and environmentally friendly.Throughout the history of photovoltaics, great progress has been made in improving the technology of solar cells, but the overall efficiency of the solar module is still low.On the volt-ampere characteristic?VAC?of the solar module there is a unique point with coordinates(UMPP,IMPP),in which its output power reaches a maximum. Therefore,in order to achieve the maximum efficiency of the solar module in the construction of the photovoltaic system,it is necessary to use the MPPT algorithm to monitor the maximum power of the point to transmit the maximum possible power of the solar module under these conditions to the load. The aims of the thesis were achieved as follows:?1?Analysis of current approaches of Photovoltaic System, study of the system behavior during the influence of different weather factors, such as the variable level of solar irradiation?Partially shaded condition??2?Review and analysis of the existing Conventional and Artificial Logic based MPPT Methods such as:Perturb&Observe,Incremental Conductance,Fuzzy Logic and Artificial Neural Networks based MPPT Methods.?3?Research and develop the PV Panel equivalent circuit model and the Buck-Boost Converter.?4?Using Matlab/Simulink to develop the scheme of studying PV System based on four MPPT methodic under different level of irradiance?Partially Shaded Condition?.?5?Make the dynamic analysis and comparison of all the selected MPPT Methods. For the stated objectives, the following methods were applied:mathematical modeling of the PV System,as well as I-V and P-V Characteristics theory. The application package Matlab/Simulink was used. The expecting results of the work are shown as:?1?The theory of I-V and P-V Characteristics in Photovoltaic Systems are studying and developed in equivalent circuit model of Photovoltaic Systems.?2?Selected MPPT Methods were described and implemented in Photovoltaic Systems Model.?3?Matlab/Simulink Model of PV System based on four MPPT methodic under different level of irradiance?Partially Shaded Condition?was designed and analyzed.?4?Comparison of the MPPT Methods during different levels of irradiation was made.
