In order to cope with the global energy crisis and environmental crisis,the photovoltaic power generation has been widely used since its advantages such as renewable and large scale.However,with the impact of favorable national policy and market environment,a large amount of capital has been poured into the photovoltaic power generation market,resulting in the unordered planning of photovoltaics,tremendous abandonment of solar energy and investment waste.To promote the effective development and utilization of photovoltaic power and seek a reasonable generation and transmission coordinated planning strategy,a planning model for photovoltaic station,storage battery and grid based on complete information dynamic game is proposed and the main work is summarized as follows.In view of the tremendous abandonment of solar energy,power source structure,grid structure,grid operation mode and other technical factors of restricting the photovoltaic are analyzed.Then the measures to improve the capacity of accommodating photovoltaics are proposed,such as using the large-scale energy storage device,planning photovoltaic transmission line and executing renewable portfolio standard,which are the theoretical basis for building the optimal model later.Game relations and feasibility between photovoltaic station,storage battery and grid are analyzed under the market environment by their operation relationship and the influence of strategy and revenue between them.Then this paper built the game situation among photovoltaic station,storage battery and grid,and also give the basic game elements including participants,strategies,benefits and Nash equilibrium.This paper analyze the whole life cycle cost benefit of game participants and propose the planning model for photovoltaic station,storage battery and grid based on complete information dynamic game.Then a algorithm combined with backward induction and GA is put forward to find nash equilibrium under the economic dispatching simulation strategy of minimizing operating costs of power plant and storage battery.IEEE30 typical system is applied in this paper.The results shows the availability of the coordinated planning model with photovoltaic station,storage battery and grid which could provide solutions for the current mismatch issue of planning between the photovoltaic station and grid.
