With the development of high-speed railway,continuously welded rail track has gradually replaced the early construction of normal railway.CWR track has no rail gap,it makes passengers feel very comfortable and the driving speed of the train get greatly improved.But there is no rail gap also makes the rail can not slip which causes huge temperature force in rail.If the temperature force is too large,it will make orbit stability lost and cause damage.Based on the theoretical analysis of the influential factors of affecting the stability of CWR track,in-depth analysis of the stability theory and orbital instability characteristics,using the finite element theory,a finite element model of ballast-track was established by the finite element software ANSYS in the article.In the process of establishing the model,the factors such as the rotation of the rail,the nonlinear of the ballast resistance and the track framework floats caused by the train load were considered.In the simulation process,the load increment method was used to simulate the factors affecting the stability of the CWR track,and the load-displacement curve was obtained.By analyzing the characteristics of their influence on the stability of the CWR track,the general rule of influencing factors on the CWR track was discussed.Through the analysis,the lock rail temperature is the standard to control the internal temperature force of the rail,and determine the most suitable lock rail temperature,which can fundamentally solve the problem that the internal temperature rise of the rail is too big or too small.Horizontal stiffness of rail,ballast bed resistance,fastening resistance will produce favorable factors on the stability of the CWR track,when the horizontal stiffness of rail,the increase of track bed resistance,fastening resistance,changes in plants could also enhance the stability of the CWR track;Initial bending,and rail temperature force,rail vehicles produced by negative bending moment between two bogie is an adverse factor for seamless lines,the stability of the seamless line with initial bending,rail temperature force,rail vehicles between the bogie decreases with the increase of negative bending moment.Although the initial curvature of the orbit cannot be eliminated,the most significant effect on the stability of the seamless line is that the bending vector has a larger initial bend than the larger one.Therefore,in the maintenance and construction of the seamless line,we should pay special attention to the bending of the length ratio of the vector,to eliminate or reduce the ratio of the vector.Due to rail provides only fasteners of transverse force and lateral ballast resistance,and make the industry more developed today,rail fastener usually meet the strength requirement of seamless,can guarantee the button on the rail pressure,however,have a frantic jumble track is made of different particle size of ballast stones piled up together,its stress distribution is very complex,its resistance is also difficult to guarantee.Therefore,transverse resistance of the bed is the most important factor to ensure stability.In the maintenance and repair of laying and line,it is necessary to pay attention to the state of the ballast bed at all times,to eliminate the empty ceiling of the sleeper,and to investigate the grading condition of the ballasts around the sleeper.In a word,on the CWR track stability factors analysis and research,it has a great significance to the development of high-speed railway.
