In the power system transmission,the transformer occupies an important role,it is related to the correct conversion of the voltage level,the normal transmission of electrical energy and the safe and reliable operation of the entire power grid.If an accident occurs in the transformer,the grid will fluctuate at this time.If problems are not discovered in time,it will lead to more and more serious,and economic losses will cause life safety problems.The economic development of our country is closely following the development of the global economy.The speed is getting faster and faster.Household and factory electrical equipment are gradually increasing,and we need to increase the level of power transmission.Combining the literature on the abnormal operation of transformers at home and abroad,it was found that most of the causes of the anomalies were faults in the windings or cores.Solving these problems gives a variety of analysis methods and comprehensive considerations for proposing appropriate solutions.This article uses a variety of methods to analyze and judge the vibration signal of the transformer in all directions and find the data that can reflect the real-time running status of the transformer.First,in-depth analysis of the composition of the transformer,determine the impact of each device on the vibration of the transformer,and find the main source of vibration.Second,based on the analysis of the transformer structure,construct a finite element model that can reflect the condition of the transformer,and analyze the relationship between the natural frequency of the axial direction and the preload and the condition of the core.Thirdly,EEMD algorithm is compared with EMD algorithm.It is a relatively innovative method for analyzing non-stationary signals.It effectively improves the modal aliasing problem in EMD and lays a foundation for subsequent signal analysis.Fourth,use the software LabVIEW to build the analysis and diagnosis system of the transformer,collect data,analyze the data of EEMD,find suitable criteria,and propose an effective diagnostic method.This research can effectively monitor the real-time running status of transformers,and investigate the possibility of faults in a timely manner so that the power system can operatesafely and stably for a long time,reduce various accidents and losses caused by blackouts,and improve social benefits.
