As an important technology under smart grid,Demand response can improve load curve of power grid,achieve "shifting peak and valley filling",improve power utilization and operation efficiency of power grid.Demand response refers to the response of the terminal power users to the Power Grid Corp's incentive signals by adjusting the power consumption mode,reducing the power consumption of the power grid,and at the same time,reducing its own electricity consumption,so as to realize the comprehensive optimization of power consumption and system resources.With the rapid development of the economy,the proportion of the user load to the user side load has been gradually increased.However,there is less related research.It is an important content to study the way that residents participate in the demand response.However,the habits of users are diverse,the load capacity is small,the electricity consumption behavior is random,and each demand response plan time and the lowest subscription load have corresponding requirements,so we need to aggregate household appliances to achieve the threshold of demand response.In order to formulate reasonable demand response plans,better manage users' loads and guide users to participate in demand response,we need to analyze the electricity consumption characteristics of users,and evaluate the user demand response potential.In residential household appliances,air conditioners are flexible loads,and can participate in demand response without affecting user comfort,so intelligent air conditioning is selected for research.Aiming at the particularities of air conditioning participating in demand response and the characteristics of air conditioning usage behavior,a demand response oriented air conditioning load aggregation and potential assessment model is proposed.First,this article introduces the key technologies involved in the model,including Demand Response,air conditioning load aggregation model,potential evaluation method and the K-Means clustering algorithm needed in the research.Secondly,this article design and implement air conditioning load aggregation model,and cluster air conditioning load behavior based on the electrical data.Then,this article put forward the user potential assessment model.Based on the user electricity data,we cluster the daily load characteristic curves,get the user's power consumption mode,and analyze the potential of the typical power mode.By analyzing the data collected from the user demand response cloud platform,the model can ensure the safety of the power grid,and achieve the more reasonable participation of user equipment in the demand response.
