Research On Game-theory And Optimization Model Of Thermal And New Power Plants Considering Carbon Emission Constraints

With the increasing proportion of renewable energy,such as wind power,our country is closer to the goal which promise to reduce carbon emissions by 2020.It is of vital importance to explore the coordination and operation optimization of new energy units and thermal power units guided by carbon emission reduction targets.In the electricity market,wind power,thermal power enterprises,energy storage equipment(including:electric cars)manufacturers are in conflicts of interest in the market.So considering the economic and environmental benefits,the wind-fire-storage tripartite coordination operation optimization helps for the development of electricity market competition rules,and it could provide auxiliary advices to renewable energy.At first,this paper expounds the present status of the coordinate multiple units of the power system operation optimization,the application of game theory in power system are introduced,analyzed the game theory is adopted to establish the game model,the necessity of more units.Secondly,in the light of the mixing system of thermal power,new energy unit and energy storage device,considering its output characteristics and constraint conditions,the multi-unit game planning and operation model of carbon emission constraint are set up.Based on the strategy of cooperation or non-cooperation based on thermal power unit and wind power unit,the income scheme of the game subject under different strategies is proposed.By adjusting the thermal power unit output parameter establishment scene,the instance analysis of the above model,calculate the main system equilibrium game proportion of profit,installed and put air volume,under different scenarios analysis the main factors influencing the stable strategies game model,and from the prospect of the electric power market regulatory policy analysis and give some advices to promote the healthy development of the electricity market.In addition,considering the carbon trading market for the promotion of low-carbon electricity,based on the analysis of the carbon market and the connotation of green credentials,established the meter and the renewable energy quota and green certificate trading unit operation optimization model of the coordination,the model is discussed after the introduction of green certificate trading mechanism,perfect competition and not under the perfect competition market system balance,the green certificate of generators,and how it affects the cost prices,promote the development of carbon emissions and renewable energy.The results of the study are of guiding significance for the future of green certificate trading,how to make better use of renewable energy.
