In recent years,the wind power industry has developed rapidly,and the operation and maintenance of wind turbines require a great deal of manpower,time and economic cost.More and more attention has been paid to the condition monitoring of wind turbines,and monitoring the faults of the wind turbines in advance and accurately can effectively reduce the cost of operation and maintenance.Now the standard wind turbine monitoring system is SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)system.However,because of the large range and randomness of SCADA data,the SCADA data bring difficulties to the information extraction and lack of effective extraction of useful information theory and methods and the characteristics of different wind turbines vary widely.At the same time,the monitored data will be affected by factors such as temperature and wind condition,so that the SCADA data can not accurately monitor the status of the equipment and can not prevent the deterioration of the equipment failure from being effectively utilized.Because of the wind turbine operation monitoring system(SCADA system)there is correlation between the various parameters monitoring,if there is a change in the association,indicating the changes of the running condition of wind turbine,may appear abnormal condition.According to the relationship between the SCADA parameters,the actual data of wind turbine operation were screened,the relationship model between the regression method to establish different wind speed monitoring parameters by using the polynomial model,in normal operating conditions as a benchmark to calculate to determine the condition(abnormal condition)differences between model and model parameters corresponding to the normal condition the value of the unit as a condition evaluation standard.On the basis of this method,the method of superposition of days is used to form the polynomial fitting monitoring strategy,and the trend analysis of the fault status based on the fitting feature is carried out.The condition of the wind turbine generator is evaluated by this method.
