The cogeneration unit usually operates in the way of pricing electricity based on heat amount,which leads to the serious problem of massive wind power curtailment in the heating period.The power grid puts forward the urgent requirement for the flexible operation of the heating unit.The equipment of the regenerator can realize thermoelectric decoupling to a certain extent,and improve the load flexibility of the cogeneration unit.This dissertation is part of the national science and technology support program"Research on cascade heating technology of low energy for steam turbines in thermal power generation".The structure optimization and performance simulation of the heat storage tank with thermocline are studied.In this dissertation,a kind of horizontal hole distribution of bilateral is studied.By controlling the variables and changing design parameters of a heat storage tank and a water distributing device,this dissertation simulated the heat storage tank with the diffuser using the Ansys Fluent,Besides,working group on single variables were analyzed,and the process of images,the thickness contrast map of the thermocline,storage efficiency and dimensionless exergy loss characteristic diagram by calculating the time is obtained on every single variables.Finally,the simulation results show that the regenerative tank can form a very thin inclined thermocline by adding a well designed water distributor.By continuously optimizing the design parameters,the inclined thermocline formed by a certain type of water distributor can be the thinnest.In addition,the dissertation also established three kinds of diffuser of different hole spacing type(Intermediate Intensive,intensive on both sides,and the uniform type),which were simulated by Ansys Fluent software,and the simulation results show that the intermediate intensive water distributor is easier to attain the state of static pressure balance,and makes each outlet rate of flow uniform distribution.
