For the purpose to saving energy and reducing to coal power unit,indicators established the thermal efficiency and consumption difference analysis calculation model,combined with the sichuan white horse 300MW circulating fluidized bed demonstration power plant units of the actual operation data,the thermal efficiency,low consumption and operation optimization problems such as detailed to do the calculation and analysis,and operation of 300MW circulating fluidized bed are introduced the thermal efficiency on-line monitoring system.First,this paper introduces the characteristics and development of the circulating fluidized bed boiler,index and consumption difference analysis principle and the thermal efficiency.Second,the CFB boiler thermal efficiency calculation model was established,mainly analyzes the exhaust temperature,excess air coefficient changes,changes of fly ash carbon content and main steam pressure and main steam and reheat steam temperature,superheated steam and reheat steam spray desuperheating caused by the factors such as boiler operation can damage analysis problems.Again,including the primary,secondary,boiler professional three-level index,turbine professional level index and auxiliary power consumption difference analysis of three indicators index system.At the same time,in order to further determine the dominant factor to influence the turbine operation consumption difference analysis feature,in the actual operation of 300MW CFB unit data as the foundation,analyzes the CFB units pure resistance heating equipment components,thermal power conversion components and running characteristics of heat transfer components.Finally,the paper discussed the thermal efficiency of CFB unit running online monitoring system.At the same time,describes in detail its main function module and display interface.On-line monitoring system can help operators status of real-time monitoring of power plant and the main parameters of real-time detection of thermal system is running in the best state of the economy,thereby reducing the power supply coal consumption,to provide a basis for the optimal operation of the unit,guarantee the safe,stable and economic operation of the unit,raise the economic benefits of power plant.
