Transmission line parameter is of great significance to the operation and control of power system,and its accuracy directly determines the accuracy of various calculation of power system.With the development of EMS and WAMS,the research on transmission line parameter identification based on the SCADA and PMU data has attracted more and more attention.(1)Two kinds of reliability indexes of transmission line parameter's identification result are proposed based on inherent characteristic and measurement.As for the inherent characteristic,the factors which influence the resistance,reactance and admittance are analyzed specifically.As for the measurement,the reliability index on single-point and multiple-point measurement are established.(2)A robust method to identify line's positive and zero sequence parameter based on PMU data,phase component model and median estimation is proposed.The PMU phase data while the three phase are not balanced is used in the method.The result based on the simulation shows the differences between the different robust algorithms.The result based on the field PMU data verifies the effectiveness and robustness.(3)A robust method to identify line's positive sequence parameter based on PMU data,sequence component model and median estimation is proposed.The simulation result shows the ability of anti-noise and robustness.The result based on the field PMU data shows the engineering practicability of the method.(4)A scheme for identifying transmission line's sequence parameter based on the field PMU and SCADA data is proposed.The different situations of the measurement obtained are taken into consideration.The results based on simulation and field PMU data show the correctness and the engineering practicability of the scheme.
