Research On Improvement Of Electricity Regulation Under The New Electricity Reformation

With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,With the deepening of the reform of the electricity market and the transformation of the functions of the government institutions,the regulation of the electric industry in China is facing a new historical situation.In this paper,to solve those problems,we can make a brief introduction of the new policy of the new electricity reformation and learn those policies deeply,we put forward four problems at this stage----the independence system of electric power supervision should be further improved,the electricity regulatory institution is hard to establish,the problems due to the lack of regulatory authority,power supervision of relevant laws and regulations is not complete.Through a brief summary of the United States,Japan,Australia and other countries experience.we can learn from the relevant experience and Solutions-to strengthen the system construction,using the foreign successful experience of market participants,promote regulatory supervision,supervision and perfecting the independent power industry system of modern governance to realize the collaborative management,and improve the relevant legal system,strengthen policy support.Finally,a brief summary of this article is made,and we prospect the future development at the end.
