| In the Inertial Confinement Fusion(ICF)experiment,most of the laser energy will transform into the X-ray radiation when the laser interacts with the plasma.We can study the interaction between laser and plasma,the atom physical process in the plasma and the character of the superheated matter through the X-ray energy spectrum diagnosis.How to measure the high-strength pulsed soft X-ray energy spectrum quickly and accurately is the important subject in this work.The measuring method and unfolding technology are two key points in the field of soft X-ray energy spectrum measurement.After studying the related achievements in the world,this article presents a novel soft X-ray spectrum measurement technology basing on the Silicon Carbide Semiconductor Detector.The difference between this method and the tradition is to use the array detector for realizing the function of both beam splitting and signal detection instead of using the independent splitter component.The thickness of the detector’s probes is different,which can achieve the absorptivity of X-ray presents a ladder type to rise.Because of that,the energy spectrum measurement method is also named as the Ladder-Absorption method.This article designs a detector response function(DRF)model for the energy spectrum measurement system based on the Ladder-Absorption method,and the complex inverse solution spectrum problem is changed to solve the problem of linear equations.Because the response matrix of the detector system is often a pathological matrix,it is impossible to solve it only from the mathematical method,and the constraint condition of physical characteristics must be added.For the characteristic of the detector response matrix,this article designs a spectrum unfolding algorithm---Two-Steps of Reverse Iteration algorithm.This algorithm consists of two parts and is an iterative method essentially.A MATLAB program based on the algorithm was developed for unfolding the soft X-ray spectra,and the energy spectra of three soft X-ray sources were obtained.Theses soft X-ray energy spectra are identical with the references,which prove that the unfolding program works well.The energy spectra unfolded by TSRI method were compared with the spectra unfolded by GRAVEL method,and the results show that the TSRI method works better. |
