With the development of electric power into the "new normal",electric power installation more than the demand,load rate of coal unit is keep falling,the coal consumption rate of power supply is also increase,at the same time,the units are in frequent variable load operation,performance of some units is sacrificed to complete the peak load.which results in the deterioration of the unit performance,thus affects the economic performance.Therefore,it is especially important to carry out the research on the abnormal diagnosis of energy efficiency of coal power unit.This paper studies the theory methods for the diagnosis of abnormal state of energy efficiency;builds abnormal state diagnosis models of energy efficiency;makes feasible operation adjustment plans and maintenance strategies;besides,provides practical solutions for the abnormal diagnosis of energy efficiency.First,based on the domain knowledge and empirical knowledge,same type of coal unit efficiency state of abnormal events has been summarized,to obtain abnormal events that affect the status of energy efficiency,to analyze the causes,effects,corresponding treatment measures,and to build energy efficiency diagnosis knowledge base.Then building symbol directed graph diagnosis model on the basis of the experience knowledge in energy efficiency diagnosis knowledge base,this paper expresses the knowledge of system structure,function,behavior,and abnormal in the form of a directed graph,finally builds transfer paths when energy efficiency of abnormal events occur.Next,data mining technique and data mining technology are combined in research and application.The steady state selection of the unit’s historical operation data and working condition division are preprocessing,and the Gaussian mixture model is united to feature extraction of the unit state parameter of energy efficiency,which provide the fundament for diagnosis.Then,analyze and diagnose the operation adjustment causes and maintenance causes of the abnormal state of energy efficiency.Provides the adjustment strategies and corresponding processing decisions for units,as well as the location、mode、and reason of fault.Eventually,rely on ultra-super critical million units of zhejiang guohua ninghai power plant,to carry out the abnormal state of energy efficiency diagnosis system research,based on B/S structure mode to develop ultra-super critical million units abnormal status diagnosis system of energy efficiency,to promote the transformation and application of the technical achievements in the research on the abnormal diagnosis of energy efficiency of coal power units. |
