Transmission System is an important lifeline power transmission project in the national economy.The Lu'an 500kV double circuit SZ34 type tower was selected as research subjects in this paper,to investigate the response characteristics of high-voltage transmission tower,simulation wind load,and analysis the structural fatigue reliability.According to system features of wind load and transmission tower structure,considered the characteristics of average wind and fluctuating wind power spectrum,harmonic superposition method,a wind farm simulation is established.The method uses MATLAB software programming for wind loads,wind speed will be divided into 3 to tolerance,the value range 1.5?16.5m/s of arithmetic sequence,in order to calculate the wind speed corresponding to different variants response.Article employ target power spectrum and power spectrum simulation function for comparison,verified by simulation of fluctuating wind program.Taking into account all component characteristics of transmission line architectural features,the parametric analysis of line system wind-induced vibration response and the corresponding;consider rod wind area and quality,simplify tower wind force plane to 13 points;finite element model of transmission tower is established with SAP2000,obtained transmission tower natural frequency table and each vibration pattern map.Seven key members obtained through static analysis,establish a key lever instead of the system analysis of ideas,for researching transmission tower fatigue life and fatigue reliability.Decomposition force transmission tower features bars,according to the fourth strength theory mechanics,obtaining L section at any point in the process of stress.The tower key rod member time-history stress data is obtained with simplify the rain flow counting method and MATLAB programming.Transmission Tower fatigue life prediction method established with S-N curve,Miner guidelines and the accumulated fatigue damage theory.The results show that the fatigue life of the tower is only 40 years,the data transmission Tavi repair and accident treatment was provided.In the control tower fatigue life conditions,combined with Basquin equation,Miner guidelines,Goodman correction equation derived quasi-fatigue life prediction method of fatigue reliability of transmission tower-fatigue damage probabilistic model law;in the process the tower when stress parameters in Weibull distribution theory,consider the S-N curve of survival,access to transmission towers fatigue reliability prediction method-Weibull law.Two methods were calculated transmission tower fatigue under assumptions reliability,the data shows consistent and reliable indicators of the two methods,and compared with the tower fatigue life to prove the effectiveness of the method.
