In the AC drive system,the permanent magnet synchronous motor traction system is compared with the traction system of the asynchronous motor,which has the characteristics of high torque density,high power factor,high power factor and high efficiency.It is precisely because of these advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor traction system is becoming a new development trend of rail transit power traction drive system.At present,in the process of system development,the system integration is used to develop the electric traction and electric braking system of the whole vehicle,but it is difficult to directly verify the traction characteristics and braking characteristics of the train before loading the system.And in the train setting test can not be carried out on the extreme conditions of the test,so for this problem,the paper mainly to do the following aspects of the work:Fist of all,the principle,structure and operation control of permanent magnet synchronous motor traction system are analyzed in detail,on the basis of this,the construction method of the traction test platform of multi axis synchronous motor with the basic form of"energy mutual feedback" test system is put forward.In this test platform,the Trial system adopts the speed control mode,under the control of the TCU development platform,the test system adopts the torque control mode.When the test system is running,the control structure of the three layer system is adopted to control the operation of the traction test platform,the platform constructed in this way can meet the basic requirements of the development and testing of the traction system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.It also provides the simulation running environment for the development of electric traction and electric braking system.At the same time,the paper focuses on how to use the above test system to develop the TCU control strategy.According to the general principle,the TCU control strategy development platform hardware system and TCU control strategy development platform software system are built.In order to ensure that the TCU development platform is applicable to all kinds of specific traction system,the TCU development platform software system uses the modular design principle.When the system is running,the development of TCU control strategy is realized by calling the corresponding control program.Finally,through constructing the small test system and control the operation of the system according to the above way,the series of experiments show that the construction method of the test system and the TCU development platform is effective.
