| To echo the real cultural relics restoration project needs theory,and summarize I repair all kinds of loss and gain experience in the design,the author focus on integration of the two specifications:the core is "the modern historical building structure safety assessment guideline"[1],supplement "the ancient timber structure maintenance and technical specification for strengthening"[2],and three hands-on projects(structure types are brick,brick and stone mixed)as an example,detailed explanation of the mode of cultural relic building structure assessment.At the same time,the experience of the above specifications and construction feedback is used to try to match the minimum intervention measures.Specifically,the author from the above two specifications interpretation and integration to facilitate the evaluation of operating mode:that is,from a single component,component,whole is divided into three levels to ratings,with two levels of assessment to measure:component satisfy the primary without secondary assessment,also need not to calculate weight unsafe components than(than the structure of modern architecture evaluation to save the overall stress calculation),just for regular maintenance measures;If a component does not meet the level of assessment,you may need to secondary assessment,and the overall stress calculation,calculation of unsafe component weight ratio,thus the presumption security levels,and related repair measures accordingly.The second regulation is added because the previous regulation has less content to evaluate timber structures,and this regulation can subdivide the maintenance measures of how to select the minimum intervention in different situations.The specific protection measures shall be in accordance with the technical specifications for the maintenance and reinforcement of wooden structures in ancient buildings.However,the specification cannot clearly cover all aspects,so it is necessary to supplement the designer’s thinking and compare the on-site practices of the construction team.Three typical structural types(brick,wood,brick and stone)are introduced.Finally by the third case,the contractor’s approach to assess a complete actual situation,and then adjust the plan-this is the structure assessment affect the choice of the protection measures of typical example-as a result,the structure safety assessment to ensure the security of cultural relic buildings,as well as for minimum intervention measures has important guiding role.It is scientific and convenient to get the result of structural safety assessment,and compare the standard and construction experience,so as to take appropriate protective measures to ensure the maximum authenticity of cultural relic buildings.This is the original intention and significance of this paper. |
