Research On Function Layout Of University Town Based On POI Data

After experiencing the upsurge of university town construction,China has accumulated quite a lot of practical experience of university town planning.Due to lack of relevant theoretical guidance in the process of planning and construction,a series of function composition and layout problems arise.Such as the over mechanization of the functional layout,the prominent contradiction between the flow of people and the traffic,the unitary function of the function and the lack of effective utilization of the public facilities,it is worth further and systematic research.Based on POI data,this paper studies the function composition of 40 university towns in China.Cluster analysis was performed on all samples to extract different function composition modes.Then the case study is carried out on the function layout of 9 typical university towns.This article can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The first is the description of the research background,which leads to research questions.Then,according to the content of the problem,we define the research object,and elaborate the purpose and significance of this study.Then the research content and research method are determined.Then,on the basis of defining relevant concepts,the research framework and technical line are worked out,and the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized.The second chapter is the general characteristics and models of the function composition of the university town.First of all,it is to summarize the history of university functions and its relationship with the functions of university towns.Based on this,the functional positioning principles and general characteristics of university towns' function are carding.Then,based on POI data,the two step cluster algorithm is used to extract the function composition modes of university town samples.Combined with the general characteristics of the function of the university town obtained by qualitative analysis,the composition modes are analyzed.The third chapter is the formation mechanism of the function composition modes of university town.From the form,level,function index size and the relationship of the cluster result curve,the formation mechanism behind the different function composition model of university town is summarized.Then,the common formation mechanism is further summarized.The fourth chapter is the case analysis of the function layout of university town.First,it summarizes the influencing factors of the function layout of university town.At the same time,the function recognition algorithm is used to calculate the POI data after standardized processing.Then,the layout characteristics and the causes of the typical university towns in different function modes are analyzed in combination with the factors that are summed up.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and discussion.The research results of this paper are summarized and the deficiencies in the research process are summarized.
