The collision avoidance points,robustness and test cost control of the vehicle flexible constraints system had insufficient due to the design method and test method for now.Therefore,result in the vehicle flexible constraints system can't be Popularization and application in our country.The object of this paper was to enhance the safety robustness and reduce the test cost of the vehicle flexible constraints system.This paper designed a vehicle flexible constraints system which has include the end anchorage system and the collision avoidance points.Based on it,the multi-objective robust design method and the method with distorted model had been proposed to hit the mark.Firstly,this paper design the structure of the post and the wire ' s layout,which was according to the road environment and the actual demand in our country.Then optimized and validated its size combined with the finite element simulation and orthogonal experiment design method.Based on the front,established the finite element analysis model for the end anchorage system of the vehicle flexible constraints system.The size of the end anchorage system was optimization designed combined with orthogonal experiment design method according to the test conditions of our country,then got the optimal size and it' s validation analysis.Afterwards,used the topology optimization method to topology optimized the collision avoidance points based on hybrid cellular automate,then got the energy absorption box' s topology structure of the vehicle flexible constraints system ' s collision avoidance points.Secondly,the Multi-objective robust design method has been determined based on the layered scheme.This method was based on S/N and Satisfaction function.Then improved the vehicle flexible constraints system's robustness with the Multi-objective robust optimization method and received it's best size combination.Comparing the results,the Multi-objective robust design method could solve the problem well.Finally,the length distorted model test method has been determined to the vehicle flexible constraints system based on the geometrically distorted models of structures under impact loads.The length distorted model of the coach-guardrail crash test was Ax = Ax50/0.38;Ay=Ay50/0.55;Az =AZ50/0.57;S=S50/0.42;The length distorted model of the car-guardrail crash test was AX= AX50/0.65;Ay =AY50/0.88;AZ=AZ50/0.63;S=S50/0.48;The length distorted model of the van-guardrail crash test was Ax?AX50/0.49;Ar =AY50/0.6;Az =AZ50/0.39;S=S50/0.42.
