As an important algorithm for machine learning,Support Vector Regression(SVR)has been rapidly promoted after Vapnik et al.proposed it,and has been applied in various fields.The algorithm is based on the principle of minimizing structural risks and can effectively solve the problems of high-dimensional nonlinear systems.Pattern recognition problem.The support vector regression algorithm(SVR)was used to establish the safety coefficient model of earth-rock dam slopes and calculate the reliability of the slope.However,the accuracy of SVR algorithm depends largely on its own parameters,such as penalty factor,insensitivity loss factor,and nuclear parameters.It is necessary to make a reasonable choice of these three parameters so that the accuracy and generalization ability of the model can be balanced.effect.As a group optimization algorithm,the particle swarm optimization algorithm has a strong global optimization ability and can solve the initial parameter optimization problem of the support vector regression model.However,the particle swarm algorithm also has the disadvantages of fixed constants,poor spatial ergodicity,weak search ability,and inaccurate accuracy of convergence speed.Therefore,adaptive theory is introduced to improve acceleration constants,and chaotic maps are used to replace uniform random distributions to improve the particle's performance.Spatial ergodicity,convergence of Lé vy's flight acceleration algorithm,improving the local search ability of the optimal particle,and thus proposing an adaptive chaotic Lé vy flying particle swarm algorithm(ACL-PSO)Through the combination of SVR and ACL-PSO algorithm proposed in this paper,SVR parameters are optimized,and SVR(ACL-PSO-SVR)based on ACL-PSO algorithm is proposed.The UCI data set test shows that the algorithm has a very high The fitting accuracy,therefore,can use this algorithm to establish the model of the safety factor of the structure,and then realize the reliability of the earth-rock dam.
