The yard is one of the important logistics nodes in the operation of the port.It is not only the warehouse of the company's goods,but also the starting point of the transportation process.It undertakes the transit transport of this upstream and downstream transport.With the development of port logistics,yard management is an important part of the port,and the efficiency of the yard directly affects the overall operating efficiency of the port.Maanshan Port Group is a port logistics company mainly engaged in bulk bulk cargo,groceries and containers.It undertakes important land and water transportation tasks in Maanshan area.With the development of economy and increase of business volume,the yard can not meet the growing needs.Under the rational use of resources,it is particularly important to promote the optimization of yard operations.In this paper,the research object is the third company yard of Ma'anshan port group.First,the status of the third company yard operation management of the Ma'anshan port group is analyzed,including the throughput forecast analysis,the operation status analysis,and the analysis of the yard problem.On the basis of this problem,the recommendation content of the storage site is clarified,and based on the guarantee of the rhythm and restriction of the operating efficiency and the minimum number of stacking times and the minimum number of stacks in the total stacks,a recommendation model for the storage site is established.Combined with the continuity characteristics of port operation,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve this model.According to the past operation process,it is time to introduce two recommendation strategies,namely artificial recommendation and storage period recommendation,and the recommendation model compares with them.The actual data of the port group and particle swarm optimization are used to solve the problem.The results show that he first company yard of Ma'anshan port group greatly reduces the number of stacking times in the yard and improves the utilization rate of the yard with using the recommended model.Finally,In the light of the current situation of port group,we make corresponding improvement suggestions.
