With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,heating in hot summer and cold winter area has become a hot topic in the society.In the choice of heating mode,it should not only combine the climate characteristics of the hot summer and cold winter areas,but also put forward some requirements for its energy saving,and should be able to meet the personalized room temperature control and adequate thermal comfort.Hot water radiator heating system is widely used in our country because of its advantages of small temperature gradient in vertical direction,uniform temperature distribution in horizontal direction,quiet no noise and mature technology.In this paper,the following aspects are analyzed and studied around the application of the system in hot summer and cold winter zone.1)The initial heating time of the radiator heating system is relatively long.For the areas and places which need to run intermittently,the length of the start time period is often the key to the successful application of the system.Through the combination of experimental observation and mathematical analysis,a method for calculating the response time of indoor temperature rise in the intermittent operation of the system is proposed,and the experiments of different heating laboratories in different outdoor temperatures and the ratio of heat sources are used to verify the results.The results show that there is a linear function relationship between the indoor temperature rise and the initial operating time.Among all the influencing factors,the temperature rise and storage of the internal water in the system and the heat dissipation of the enclosure are about 90%,and the response time of the temperature rise is not directly related to the water supply temperature of the system.When the ratio of the heat source to the load reaches 3,the response time can be controlled within 1 hours.It can meet the needs of intermittent operation.2)The water temperature range of the air source heat pump unit is more extensive.The determination of its value will inevitably have a great influence on the overall energy efficiency of the heating system.Through the experimental observation and calculation,the coupling relationship between the water temperature of the air source heat pump radiator heating system and the comprehensive performance coefficient is put forward,and the maximum energy saving rate of the system is about 15.5%.3)By using different heating methods to measure and evaluate the indoor thermal environment in laboratory,it is concluded that when using ordinary air conditioner as the heating equipment in winter,it is difficult to achieve uniform and temperature under the influence of air flow organization,and the invalid heat dissipation is higher.When using the radiator as the heating equipment,the vertical temperature gradient is far less than the hot air heating,from the floor 0.6m to the ceiling range,the gradient of hot air heating is about 6.15℃/m,and the gradient of heating is about 0.65℃/m,and the difference between them is nearly ten times,indicating that the heating is not only comfortable but also the energy saving effect is very significant. |
