Research On Evaluation Index System Of Economic Responsibility Audit Of University Project Management Department

In recent years,with the continuous development of higher education,system reform,enrollment expansion has become the normal education.In addition,there is a serious shortage of teaching buildings,experimental buildings,canteens,student dormitories,etc.,which are increasingly unable to meet the existing teaching needs.In order to improve the quality of education,more and more financial funds have been invested in the construction of infrastructure facilities in colleges and universities.It provides better conditions for the improvement of teaching quality.However,due to the inadequacy of the supervisory system in colleges and universities,many leading cadres have used their power for personal gain and embezzled public funds and public property in endlessly,which not only disturbed the order of construction,but also brought adverse effects to colleges and universities.Colleges and universities have become an important area of anti-corruption and economic responsibility audit.This article aims at the university project management department(such as the infrastructure department,the logistics department and so on),studies the university engineering management department responsible personundefineds economic responsibility,through establishes a set of economic responsibility audit appraisal index system,can be more comprehensive,A more scientific evaluation of the economic responsibility of the persons in charge of the engineering management departments can not only provide a basis for the selection of talents and appointees,but also restrain the bad behavior of leading cadres to a certain extent,and improve the leading cadresundefined consciousness and self-management ability in carrying out their duties.Thus improve the quality of construction,ensure the safety of funds,and standardize the order of construction.Through the method of expert investigation and questionnaire investigation,this paper collects and explains the evaluation indexes of the economic responsibility of leaders of engineering management departments in20 universities in Sichuan province,such as the capital construction department,the audit department and the logistics department in Sichuan province.With the help of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Matlab software,the weight of each index is calculated,and a complete evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit is constructed.The index system is applied to the concrete audit practice in which the author participated during the post-graduate period,and the overall evaluation of the performance of duties of a certain director is carried out,and the maneuverability of the evaluation system is demonstrated.It provides a certain reference for the further research and practice of experts and scholars.
