As the flywheel has the characteristics of large energy density,small pollution,long time of storage,and so on,the high speed flywheel energy storage can promote the market prospect,user need and research value.Compared with existing energy storage methods on the market,flywheel energy storage can not only work for a long time,but also have more times of charge and discharge,and can reach hundreds of thousands of times.Therefore,the regulated design of a high-power,high-voltage,high-speed flywheel energy storage system device becomes crucial.Accurate buck-boost and regulation are the basis and guarantee for ensuring stable and efficient operation of the system.In this paper,the high speed flywheel energy storage can acts as power supply,choose appropriate lifting pressure circuit topology,through the design of open-loop and closed-loop control system,trying to through comparison and simulation data and image,the better the flywheel can accurately the step-up and step-down,The current soft switching technology is used to reduce the loss of IGBT and improve the stability of the system with the current soft switching technology.and can make the regulation of voltage stability is generated in the high voltage.In traditional hard switching circuits,turning on and turning off not only consume energy frequently,but also have great influence on the output waveform of the circuit.The presence of a resonant inductor and capacitor in the soft-switching circuit makes the current and voltage of the switch tube not change too much during turn-on and turn-off.At turn-on,the voltage has dropped to 0 in advance,at turn-off,the current has also already dropped to 0 in advance.The DC/DC buck boost design by the stability of circuit topology design,can adjust power,achieve the effect of voltage and current,through the closed-loop continuous regulation,the flywheel is better to achieve stable output voltage is the purpose of this study.Adding a relatively small value of inductance,capacitance,and other energy storage components in the switching circuit introduces a resonance in the switching process of the circuit loop.This can ensure that the voltage or current can be turned on and off at the time of resonance zero crossing,and the switch can be protected.The device also guarantees that the voltage and current in the circuit will not change too quickly and will complement other circuit components in the circuit.Through the simulation of MATLAB software,the simulation of the whole voltage current running is realized,and the data is collected,and the comparison of the results of the method is taken.
