Since the 1970s,with the emergence of a worldwide energy crisis, the issue of building energy consumption has begun to receive widespread attention from countries around the world.Relevant statistics show that the total energy consumption of buildings in the total social energy consumption accounts for about 30%,is a major form of energy consumption. In view of the above reasons, this paper mainly adopts a combination of experiment and simulation, based on the theory of chimney effect, studies the distribution of hot-air pressure in the stairwells of a super high-rise residential building in winter and the cold air infiltration in the lobby, and meets the architectural design specifications and construction. At the same time of energy saving,it provides reasonable suggestions for the layout of elevators and stairwells in the building lobby. The relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)By measuring the stairwell of a high-rise residential building,it is found that the air humidity of the stairwell does not change significantly with the height of the building, the indoor temperature increases with the height of the building, and when the pressure difference between the indoor and outdoor is measured, the measured value is opened.Floor doors and windows or open adjacent doors and windows, the measured indoor and outdoor pressure difference no significant change.(2)According to the measurement results, the Ks value of pressure in Shenyang is 3519.2Pa·K/m.(3)Through the actual measurement and the theoretical calculation, the linear relationship of the differential pressure coefficient of different floors of the super high-rise building is obtained:y=0.0155x+0.4445,Where x is the number of floors in the building and y is the correction factor.(4)The feasibility of the layout of the elevator and stairwell relative to the entrance hall was classified according to the size of the lobby and the type of the layout of the building. The feasibility layout was simulated by CFD,taking into account that the design of the building was based on the building design specifications and satisfies the design, the energy-saving requirement was obtained through simulation results:in the case of the average winter speed of 3.2m/s in the 56-storey building in Shenyang, the layout(b)is the best rational layout, that is,when the stairwell and an elevator are close to the lobby door(the building lobby door is in the direction of the building's north)and the stairwell is in the southwest position relative to the lobby door, with one elevator room facing southeast of the lobby door, and the other elevator room following its south position. The research results of this paper provide further data and theoretical basis for studying the chimney effect of super-high-rise buildings. At the same time, the reasonable layout of lobby elevators and stairwells has guiding significance for architectural design, reduces building energy consumption and saves energy.
