In order to improve the performance of Organic Rankine Cycle, the new type of ORC system which include solar-assisted and low temperature waste steam heat sources was proposed. And the thermodynamic and economic optimization model were established. The program has been written to analyse the influence of parameters and working fluids on the thermal performance by the software,Matlab combined with Refprop. And the optimization model had been solved by the genetic algorithm to find the best operating conditions under the different objective functions. The results show that there are more obvious advantages of the new system. The new system should be adapted, when the preheater cold-side temperature and condenser temperature are lower and the evaporation pressure is larger. The thermodynamic performance of the new system can reach the optimum performance when using R236fa as working fluid. The regenerative heating and reheating can improved the new ORC system property. The performance can be better under the multi objevtive model of the regenerative heating and reheating systems. It can provide reference and basis for low grade heat energy power generation under some condition.
