Energy is the material base of the social development process,and it is the lifeline of the country's economy.China's power generation as the main source of power,therefore,to improve the energy efficiency of coal-fired units,to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,has become a huge challenge for the power industry in China.In recent years,due to coal burning pollution in China is growing,led to the power plant renovation,circulating fluidized bed unit can effectively alleviate this trend,which has developed vigorously,but how to improve the efficiency of the boiler has become a major problem.The fouling of the heating surface of circulating fluidized bed boiler greatly affects the efficiency of the boiler.Therefore,it is very important to develop the monitoring software of ash deposition on the heating surface of CFB boiler.Firstly this thesis analyzes the various factors of CFB boiler ash characteristic and the influence of fouling degree;secondly,according to the CFB boiler high temperature superheater reheater and economizer and air preheater,the heat balance principle based on the inverse flow of flue gas to establish clean factor CF for the fouling on-line monitoring model of monitoring objects;then the heating area ash monitoring software is compiled according to the monitoring model;finally,according to the monitoring results from blowing time,determine the optimum period of soot blowing,blowing ash schemes to optimize the three aspects of soot blowing order,guide soot blowers efficient operation.
