In this paper,the traditional digital image processing technology and power equipment on-line matching recognition technology is applied to the on-line monitoring of power equipment.It is an effective new method instead of the traditional manual monitoring of the reliable operation of power equipment.In this paper,the methods of image processing and the feasibility of applying them to power systems are studied in this paper.Various algorithms of image preprocessing,feature extraction and pattern recognition are studied.A new method for monitoring the operation state of power equipment Program.Can achieve the abnormal state of power equipment testing,in order to achieve the ultimate realization of unattended few people on duty.In this paper,the technical scheme of pre-processing the image to be measured in the image recognition technology is introduced,and the preprocessing scheme of the useful part is selected as the power equipment image.A variety of algorithms for feature extraction and model identification are studied for electrical equipment image.The recognition experiment is carried out for the classified features.Finally,a method is put forward for the monitoring and identification of power insulators.Insulator identification and location based on SIFT and RANSAC.Firstly,rough matching is performed using the selected template image and the key points of the test image.And then remove the wrong matching point RANSAC.Finally,the template image is located in the test image by affine transformation.In this paper,the analysis of transformer substation casing image,verify the effectiveness of the method.The superiority of this method is confirmed by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.
