In the process of electric energy production in China's thermal power plant,a unit generating form of a boiler and a steam turbine is used.The two sub control systems of boiler and steam turbine cooperate with each other to control the units,so that the coordinated control system of the units is formed.The quality of coordinated control system related to the safety of power plant,economic benefits and the power quality of power plant.However,the complexity of the units is determined by the complex production process of the thermal power plant,the improvement of the automation degree of the production process and the asymmetric dynamic characteristics of the boiler and the steam turbine.The complex units also lead to the complexity of the coordinated control system,so it is necessary to use a new method to study the coordinated control system.In this paper,a model free adaptive control algorithm is derived by Model Free Adaptive Control(MFAC)theory,and the convergence and stability of the algorithm are proved.MFAC is a data driven control method,which can handle system control problems with strong nonlinear,time-delay and multiple disturbances.Based on the algorithm of MFAC,a MFAC scheme of coordinated control system for units is designed.The internal structure of the controller is given,and the MFAC of the coordinated control system is realized.In this paper,on the basis of the MFAC scheme of the coordinated control system,several key working conditions of a 500 MW unit are simulated.The simulation results show that the coordinated control system based on MFAC theory has good adaptability and the controller can meet the control requirements under different loads.
