Solar power generation technology can convert safe and clean solar energy into electrical energy.However,low conversion efficiency will hinder the development of solar charging systems.therefore,it is particularly important to do research on increasing solar power generation system conversion efficiency.According to the research results of the maximum power point tracking control of solar power generation system at home and abroad,this paper takes an independent solar power generation system as the research object,and it proposes an improved fuzzy PID control algorithm to achieve maximum power point tracking,which will increase the conversion efficiency of solar power generation.Through optimized design of hardware circuit and software programming,an improved MPPT controller for photovoltaic system based on improved fuzzy PID is developed.The main research work of this paper is as follows.1.The principle of solar power generation analysis and studies its operating characteristics.Under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink,a solar cell simulation model build and analysis its output characteristics.2.Through the MPPT principle analysis of photovoltaic power generation,the common disturbance observation method(P&O),conductance increment method(INC)and fuzzy control method are used to build its simulation model.According to the simulation results,it can be seen that the main drawback is slow response and stability.State-time oscillations cause power loss.An improved fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed in the paper.The hierarchical control is realized through a control algorithm combining fuzzy control and fuzzy PID.From the simulation waveform graph,it can be seen that when the light intensity or temperature changes,the improved fuzzy PID control method has faster tracking response and stronger waveform stability than the first three methods.3.This article uses STM32 series chip as the control core,the use of Altium Designer software draws the schematics of the photovoltaic power generation MPPT controller,and the use of Keil uVision5 software writes the corresponding control program.Finally,a photovoltaic MPPT controller based on an improved fuzzy PID is designed.4.Experimental research on the developed solar power generation MPPT control system,Experimental results show that the developed solar power generation MPPT controller has better control effects compared with other controllers.
