The optimization operation technology of direct air cooling technology is the topic in this paper.Then the remarkable features are introduced for direct air cooling technology which is different from traditional cooling technology.However,many problems are arising in operation of direct air cooling condenser,such as high back pressure,heating surface pollution,poor vacuum tightness,easy to freeze which affect the safety and economic operation of the unit,which is researched in detail in this paper.A detailed introduction of the condenser is provided in this paper.Firstly,the operating data of the condenser is obtained and analyzed and the condenser variable condition mathematical model is modeled.For the unit operation high pressure and back pressure variation problem,we establish the optimal back pressure value calculation model.Then the optimization exhaust pressure target value and condenser variable condition characteristics are obtained.And based on the exhaust pressure real values and target values we establish a mathematical model of tube fouling and cleaning coefficient.So we can calculate the trend of cleaning coefficient of pipe wall with time changing.The influence of environmental factors on air cooled condenser is also analyzed,and the optimization of fan operation is established.By the automatic control of the fan the operating cost of the fan is reduced.At the same time we get the best back pressure value in winter based on the antifreeze model.Firstly,the wireless temperature measurement system is developed,and the temperature distribution of the air cooling condenser is obtained,which provides the data basis for frost prevention.Moreover,our research is based on the mathematical model,the temperature of the outer wall of the radiator and the degree of super cooling to calculate the corresponding pressure of the air cooling island.Finally,the optimal operation guidance system for air cooling anti freezing and back pressure was developed,and the advanced function application of heat pipe ash cleaning scheme was developed.Based on the established model,the optimal control strategy of air cooling condenser is developed.The temperature measured by the sensor and the current operating parameters of the DCS are sent into the optimization module to calculate the recommended value of the best backpressure and the speed(frequency)bias of the air cooler.Then the parameters are sent to DCS,and then closed loop adjustment and the operation of offline guidance is realized.Because all the temperature data and the corresponding temperature alarm signal above the fan should be displayed on the DCS screen and the large amount of data,these data are transmitted by OPC.The optimized OPC communication server in the station is thought as OPC SERVER and OPC CLIENTto communicate.By OPC CLIENT all temperature data and alarm signals are sent into the DCS side communication and OPC server used for screen display for DCS.
