The construction of the energy internet and the improvement of the UHV transmission grid provide opportunities for grid-connected operation of larger-scale new energy sources.Meanwhile,the output of energy sources with high permeability poses a severe challenge to the security and stability of power system.Large-scale wind farm access to the power grid will affect voltage stability and power angle stability of power system,in this situation,the wind farm which configuration static synchronous compensator is able to improve its voltage stability,while low-frequency oscillation problem is still one of the key issues in power system stability.Therefore,this paper discusses the use of static synchronous compensator in wind farms to suppress low-frequency power system oscillations,taking into account its influence on voltage control,has important practical significance.In this paper,the mathematical model and the control strategy of the static synchronous compensator are introduced firstly.The damping torque analysis method is used to derive the condition that the additional control of the static synchronous compensator with doubly-fed wind farm can provide positive damping torque to the system,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of a dditional damping controller to suppress power oscillation.In the following,the ADRC damping controller is designed in this paper,the expected results are achieved through the simulation analysis.and the interaction between damping compensation and voltage regulation in static synchronous compensator is analyzed.It is necessary to consider providing damping torque suppression power oscillation while maintaining voltage stability.Finally,this paper optimizes the controller parameters through the coordination and optimization algorithm,selects the optimal reactive control command,and guarantees the stable voltage while suppressing the low-frequency oscillation effectively.The simulation results show that the proposed controller is effective.
