Energy storage system for its smooth renewable energy fluctuation and adjustment about the power shortage effect has become an integral part of the microgrid.Therefore,it is very important to optimize the capacity of the energy storage system.Whether the configuration of the energy storage system is reasonable will directly affect the normal operation of the microgrid and its overall economy.The hybrid energy storage system combines the power type energy storage and energy storage energy,so that it can give play to their respective advantages,and can improve the economy of the microgrid as a whole.In this paper,the optimal allocation of hybrid energy storage capacity is carried out for grid connected microgrid of photovoltaic generation.A mathematical optimization model is established and solved by genetic algorithm.Introduces the development of micro grid energy storage technology,and the research status of energy storage capacity optimization.The basic principle of genetic algorithm is introduced.The basic hybrid energy storage capacity optimization model is established.Firstly,aiming at the problem of power fluctuation between tie grid microgrids and large power grids,a two stage optimization model is established by discrete Fourier transform.The power fluctuation problem of tie line and the capacity optimization problem of hybrid energy storage system are solved respectively,and the power allocation for meeting the fluctuation requirement of tie line is obtained by selecting the frequency dividing point.The optimal allocation of mixed energy storage capacity is obtained by considering the utilization of the contact line.The verification analysis is carried out by an example.Secondly,on the basis of the previous research,the discrete wavelet transform i s used to effectively decompose the net load power in the microgrid.The power shift adjustment of the connection line is introduced as the optimal variable to participate in the optimal configuration of the capacity of the hybrid energy storage system.In order to improve the utilization rate of tie line and reduce the economic cost of hybrid energy storage system,the optimization model of basic hybrid energy storage capacity is improved and solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,considering the influence of electric vehicle on the optimization of hybrid energy storage capacity of microgrid,an energy management strategy for ordered charging and discharging of electric vehicles is proposed.The initial charging and discharging time of electric vehicle is optimized by reducing the peak valley difference of net load.Then,on the basis of the previous research,the optimal configuration of the hybrid energy storage capacity is carried out.The results are compared with the hybrid energy storage capacity optimization results of the disordered charging and discharging of electric vehicles.
