In resent years,offshore wind power generation technology has become a hot research topic,and it pushes submarine cable manufacturing and engineering technology to develop continuously,so the submarine cable transmission technology in our country has the urgent research necessity and the broad engineering application foreground.The method of ampacity calculation is divided into three types as numerical method,analytical method and experimental method.In this paper,the calculation method of ampacity and temperature field is studied and analyzed,the main contents are as follows:(1)Select the ampacity calculation by equivalent heat resistance method based on IEC60287 standard,according to the particularity of submarine cable's structure and the different heat conduction coefficient of each layer,stratified and set up the accurate heat path model of three kinds of cables.The model is used to calculate the load flow of the cable under different laying environment and buried depth.(2)In-depth study on the finite element method and for the different structure characteristics of AC/DC submarine cable,using COMSOL simulation software to establish the calculation model of soil direct-buried laying for submarine AC/DC cable,and finish the calculation with the coupling of the electromagnetic field and the heat field.Besides,the influence of the cable laying back on the distribution of the ampacity and temperature field is analyzed;Coupling analysis of electromagnetic field,fluid field and thermal field,establishing the coupling model of multi-physical field,taking the cable as an example,the calculation of two kinds of laying methods is carried out and the influence of air flow on the distribution of cable ampacity and temperature field is analyzed;At the same time,the simulation model is built and analyzed in the case of atypical laying(multi-loop cable trench laying),and the optimal laying mode of multi-loop cable in cable trench laying is validated.(3)Take the equivalent thermal resistance method and the finite element method as the core algorithm,development and design of software for calculating submarine cable ampacity based on Visual Studio platform,and the results of the software are compared with the simulation results and the measured data of the project to verify its accuracy.
