The area of Xilingol area is 203 thousand square kilometers,the area is sparse,the voltage qualification rate is the assessment of the Inner Mongolia Power Company as the SASAC.The quality of power supply service.It is a very important hard indicator.High and low voltage directly affects the power quality of the user.It is related to the rights and interests of every one of the people.How adjust the voltage and power factor effectively is a very important problem in power system operation.With the rapid development of the grid construction in Xilingol grid in recent years,the traditional means of Rely on manual monitoring and manual adjustment of voltage and voltagereactive power can not meet the needs of the power grid operation,and a more effective and scientific method of voltage adjustment is urgently needed to manage the reactive power and voltage.This paper introduces the design and application of the reactive power and voltage optimization control system of Xilingol grid,and analyses,Principle,system structure,sensitivity algorithm and application level.the reactive voltage optimal control system in Xilin Gol grid.This paper introduces the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,and introduces the current research trends and existing problems.The application scheme of the Xilin Gol grid is given.main station system for reactive power and voltage optimization control is designed by automatic centralized control theory,and the system design is completed in combinationAnd related algorithms.It also describes the system's performance and requirements.By setting relevant rules and algorithms,the reactive voltage and voltage optimization control system can automatically monitor the level of the entire grid voltage,switch capacitors and adjust transformer taps.Finally,the actual operation effect of the system in Xilingol power grid is analyzed and summarized,and the important effects of the reactive voltage optimization control system on the safety production,the reduction of the efficiency,the voltage adjustment and the reduction of the net loss are described in detail.For the next step of the new energy electric field and important substations in Xilin Gol Xili,as well as the access of 220 thousand volt substations in the Xilin area and the new energy stations under 110 thousand volts below the voltage level,the automatic control of reactive power and voltage in these areas is realized,which enriches the means of reactive power control.
