According to statistics, petroleum pollution is already the second largest category of pollutants in China's water environment. One of its sources is accidental oil spills during transportation. The second source is a large number of gas stations.Oil leaked from accidents during transportation. The amount will be very large.Third, oil from oil tanks and oil storage tanks will be leaked out of sudden accidents. The three major sources cause the huge amount of petroleum pollutants in the water environment today, including the sudden oil pollution in drinking water sources. The most striking concerns are related to the lack of mature emergency technology and equipment. In response to this problem, the study selected 0~#diesel oil as the research object, carried out the test effect of the adsorption-coagulation combination process on petroleum pollution, selected the best adsorbent material and the best coagulant, and examined the pH value. The effect of coagulant dosage, turbidity, and standing time on the removal rate of petroleum oils was determined by the single factor coagulation orthogonal design test. The best combination was obtained and the optimal number of coagulation times was selected;Based on this,a portable petroleum wastewater treatment device suitable for the adsorption-coagulation treatment of petroleum-based pollutants in water was developed and further verified laboratory data, and the parameters of the stirring method and mixing frequency were optimized, which could be the source of drinking water.Provide technical support for sudden oil pollution. The main conclusions are:(1)Selecting materials such as oil-absorbing felt, sacks, sponges, and non-woven fabrics that are commercially available or made in-situ to carry out adsorption experiments. The oil-absorbing felts with hydrophobic properties have the best adsorption effect on surface oil slicks. The removal rate reached84.20%.(2)The use of polyaluminum ferrosilicate, polyaluminum chloride, polysulfur chloride to study the removal capacity of petroleum in water, the results show that the removal of diesel oil from polyaluminum iron silicate(PSAF)reaches 85.56%.The single factor coagulation test of PSAF showed that when the PSAF dosage is 60mg/L,the pH is 7-8,and the standing time is30 min,the removal rate of diesel oil in the water reaches 90.18%;the initial pH value and the coagulant injection Addition amount and standing time were the factors of change.Orthogonal experiments were designed and the oil removal rate in water was used as the evaluation index. The results showed that the order of influence of the three changing factors on the removal rate of diesel oil in water was:pH>standing time>cast Addition amount, the optimal parameter combination of orthogonal experiment is that the PSAF dosage is60 mg/L,pH=8,and the standing time is 30 min.At this time, the removal rate of diesel oil in the water can reach 88.01%;The PSAF dosing amount is60mg/L,pH=8,standing time 30 min, first coagulation after adsorption, the removal rate of adsorption reaches 83.94%,the diesel removal rate in the first coagulation water reaches 88.01%,the secondary coagulation water diesel The removal rate reached 74.61%,and the diesel removal rate in the three coagulation waters reached 45.4%,accumulatively reaching more than 98%,reached the drinking water source water quality requirements, indicating that as the content of petroleum in the raw water gradually decreases, the effect of decoction gradually decreases.(3)The coagulation experiment was carried out through the developed pilot plant. The results showed that the submerged agitation was better than the mechanical agitation. The 50 Hz agitation frequency was better than the 25 Hz agitation frequency, the precipitation rate was fast, and the diesel oil removal rate in the sewage reached 95.82%.The coagulation and sedimentation time is slightly longer than that of the small-scale experiment, indicating that the reliability of the data of the small-scale experiment is verified.Through the above-mentioned pilot test and pilot study,it can be concluded that the adsorption-multistage coagulation process can better remove diesel from the drinking water source. Therefore, this process can provide technology for the sudden occurrence of petroleum pollution from drinking water sources.Reference,to provide some guidance in the emergency response to sudden oil pollution.
