With the development of China's manufacturing industry,the quality of the products gradually tends to the high precision industry,and the performance of the valve body is becoming more and more demanding.The assembly activity is the most important part of the product forming,and it is also the most important link to ensure the quality of the body,which directly determines the overall operation quality of the valve body.Combined with the current development status of valve,aiming at improving the assembly quality of valve body,the failure types of valve body assembly process were studied in depth,and the quality control system of valve assembly quality evaluation,prediction and diagnosis was put forward.The system has been deeply studied in theory and application.The research content and innovation of this paper are as follows:First,analyzes the main characteristics of the valve assembly process,according to the failure of valve body assembly process,put forward an evaluation method for body assembly process quality correlation,correlation degree between various factors through the calculation of fault,the main fault factors and sort comparison valve,and according to the conclusion of the main fault analysis and improvement scheme is proposed to improve the quality of assembly body.Then,based on the classification of the type of valve failure,the application of BP neural network theory,the design of valve fault type of algorithm,the network is trained using the Matlab software,constantly through the simulation training of historical data,using the network to diagnose the fault of another group of data,verify the effectiveness of using BP neural network the valve fault diagnosis,so as to realize the intelligent diagnosis of valve assembly quality.Secondly,the construction of the body assembly later prediction GM(1,1)model,including the accuracy of the fault model analysis data and the actual data prediction model,grey correlation analysis-variance analysis of precision small error probability analysis of the entire process,to ensure the accuracy of the prediction model is established and reliable.Finally,we summarize and prospect the conclusions of the evaluation,diagnosis and prediction of the valve assembly quality in the above chapters,and analyze the shortcomings of this paper and the future direction of improvement.
